Make production cloud boring: services that stay up, changes that are reversible, and an operating model teams can explain to auditors and to on-call.
We measure success by time-to-recover, not by the number of features announced. The platform should be understandable: a small catalog, published SLOs, and clear boundaries between what we run and what the customer owns.
Security and privacy are part of the same delivery path as capacity. Encryption, access review, and logging are defaults, not a later project.
