The company is organized around a small set of platform products rather than one-off projects. Account teams and engineers share the same runbooks so a request for capacity, a DNS change, or a restore is a known path.
Customers typically already have identity, networks, and an application portfolio. We fit into that estate instead of replacing it. Contracts cover regions, data residency, and maintenance windows in writing.
